1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GOLD platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

GOLD is a Solana-based token burning application that allows users to burn $GOLD tokens in exchange for ORO GOLD tokens from a treasury wallet.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited
  • Have a compatible Solana wallet
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Service Description

GOLD provides a platform where users can:

  • Connect their Solana wallet to the platform
  • Burn $GOLD tokens they hold
  • Receive ORO GOLD tokens based on the formula: (user_burn_amount / current_gold_supply) × oro_gold_reserves

The exchange rate is dynamic and depends on the current $GOLD supply and ORO GOLD reserves at the time of the transaction.

4. Wallet Connection

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. GOLD does not have access to your private keys and cannot recover your wallet if you lose access. Any transactions you authorize through your wallet are final and irreversible.

5. Transaction Finality

All burn transactions are executed on the Solana blockchain and are:

  • Permanent: Once $GOLD tokens are burned, they cannot be recovered
  • Irreversible: Transactions cannot be undone or reversed
  • Final: The ORO GOLD amount received is determined at the time of burn verification

6. Risks

By using this Service, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

  • Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and can fluctuate significantly
  • Blockchain transactions may be delayed due to network congestion
  • Smart contract interactions carry inherent risks
  • Loss of wallet access means permanent loss of tokens
  • Regulatory changes may affect the availability of the Service

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform
  • Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Circumvent any rate limits or security measures

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GOLD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLD AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF TOKENS, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
